    • Many years ago, I got someone to take a picture of me in my bath out in my back garden.  I have looked and looked at the photograph, wondering when I could summon the gumption to attempt it.

      Here is my first attempt.  I really like it.   However, I have completed a second version which I believe is one of my better paintings.  Therefore, this one is availabe for sale and the second one is being kept for my next exhibition.

    • The title of this song Into the Mystic (1970) is a wonderful song by Van Morrison.  Again my obsession with painting bodies of water and our experiences within it, is prevelant in this painting.  I spend many hours meditating and enjoying silence in the bath.  I hope this painting represents that surrender to our inner voice.

    Most paintings are card frame mounted in black and backed with core flute.  They are then plastic wrapped with care instructions and invoiced for postage. 

    Where the painting is not listed as mounted, the painting is carefully rolled in acid-free tissue paper and placed in a hard card box cylinder.
